Service Description


Expertise is provided for all stages of diet assessment from development and data collection to data analysis. Diet data collection is done using a variety of high end and validated methods at a competitive rate. Highly skilled and experienced, our research team will collect your dietary data in both English and Spanish. All diet assessments are a turn-key operation where deliverables include data, protocol documentation, and data file descriptions.

Literature Matrix

The literature matrix is provided as a useful tool for potential clients in search of an economical approach to diet assessment (outside of using the 24 hour diet recall). Given the competitive nature of the grant application process and dwindling available funds for research, this list and description of diet assessment methods among the pediatric population (from birth <) is a valued tool for investigators looking for options.
