The UNC Nutrition Research Institute (NRI) Nutrigenetics, Nutrigenomics, and Precision Nutrition (NGx) Short Course is a 4-day workshop designed for graduate students, health professionals and nutrition scientists from academia and industry. The course provides the fundamental concepts of nutrigenetics, nutrigenomics and personalized nutrition. The sixth annual workshop was held as an in-person conference May 16-19 in Concord and Kannapolis, NC.
